If you purchase services (e.g. domain name registration, web hosting) from MXHoster Internet Services and you do not intend to use such services for business or commercial purposes, EU law (Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts) entitles you to withdraw from your order as follows:
You can withdraw from your order within a period of 14 days for any/no reason in writing (i.e. by email). The period commences with your receipt of this statement of your rights in writing or in another durable medium, but not before the contract has been entered into and not before we fulfill our legal information requirements as set out in article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 (1) and (2) EGBG as well as our obligations according to § 312e (1) (1) BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The time-limit shall be deemed to be observed by your timely dispatch of the declaration of withdrawal. Your withdrawal is to be addressed to:
Email: admin@mxhoster.com
In case of valid withdrawal, all mutually received performances as well as emoluments taken (e.g. interest), if applicable, are to be restituted by either side. If you are unable or partially unable to restitute the performance to us or can only restitute it in a deteriorated condition, then you have to insofar compensate for its value where applicable. This may, regardless, lead to you being required to fulfill your obligation to pay for the time period until your withdrawal. Obligations to refund payment must be fulfilled within 30 days. This time period begins for you when you sent your declaration of withdrawal, for us at the time we receive it.
Domain registration/renewal/transfer costs are non refundable.
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been fully executed by both parties at your specific request and before you exercised your right of withdrawal.
